05 Player Protection Tools

06 Self-Exclusion Programme

Duration of Self-Exclusion

Reinstatement After Self-Exclusion
At the expiry of a time-limited self-exclusion period, your account is not automatically reopened. You must submit a written reinstatement request to our responsible gaming team. A mandatory reflection period of 7 days applies from the date of your reinstatement request. If you confirm your wish to return after those 7 days, our team will conduct a brief responsible gaming check before restoring access. Important: If you are self-excluded from betkhela and attempt to register a new account, betkhela will identify the duplicate registration during KYC review and close it without notice.
