01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betkhela ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by betkhela, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

betkhela is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for entertainment purposes and targeted exclusively at adult players in Bangladesh. The platform is accessible via web browser on desktop and mobile devices. All services offered by betkhela — including sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, instant games, and promotional offers — are governed by these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional terms, and any other policies published on betkhela (including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the more specific rule applies to that game or service; in all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

betkhela reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any player at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform determines that these Terms have been violated or where continued access would present a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of its players.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of betkhela is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. betkhela enforces a strict 18+ age policy with no exceptions. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, place bets, or access any game on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling or casino activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of betkhela or any of its software or service providers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by betkhela or any responsible gaming body to which betkhela is subscribed.

betkhela employs KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures as part of its responsible gaming and anti-fraud commitments. All players must complete KYC verification — providing a valid National ID (NID) card or passport — before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC verification may also be requested at any other time at the Platform's discretion.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of betkhela services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

One Account Per Player

Each player is strictly permitted to hold one betkhela account only. Registering, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, different device, different IP address, or via any other means — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. betkhela employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your National ID, your date of birth, your correct mobile number (used for bKash or Nagad transactions), and a valid email address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betkhela username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. betkhela will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact betkhela support immediately at support@betkhela.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betkhela are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

betkhela accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit cap for fully KYC-verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your betkhela BDT wallet instantly in most cases — typically within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts (bKash numbers, bank accounts) that are registered in their own name, as verified during KYC. betkhela will not process deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment account not matching the player's verified identity may be reversed, and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (bKash or Nagad are the primary withdrawal channels). Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours and within one hour during high-volume periods. betkhela does not charge withdrawal fees on its side; standard transaction fees charged by bKash or Nagad may apply.

betkhela reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where the account shows unusual betting patterns, or where the Platform suspects a breach of these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's BDT wallet balance.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

betkhela offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each offer are published on the Promotions page. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports bets typically contribute 100% on selections with minimum odds of 1.50. The exact contribution rates for each game category are published on the Promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within the period stated on the individual promotion (typically 7–30 days from the date of the bonus being credited). Unused or incomplete bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period and are removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount a player may withdraw from winnings generated from bonus play is capped at 5x the original bonus value.
• Bonus Abuse: betkhela monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any other strategy that exploits bonus terms. betkhela reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on betkhela:

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on betkhela are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, which are accessible from within the sportsbook interface. In general: bets are accepted only while a market is open; once a market is suspended or closed, no further bets will be accepted. All quoted odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. betkhela reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.

For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC events, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — standard cricket betting rules apply. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant market's published rules. Where a match result is subject to a third-party review or DRS reversal, betkhela will settle bets on the official final result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.).

Live Casino

Live casino games are powered by Ezugi and Evolution Gaming. Game-specific rules are displayed within each live table interface before and during play. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, betkhela will settle the bet based on the outcome recorded on the game server at the time of disconnection. betkhela is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Slots & Instant Games

All slot and instant game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software maintained by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the game provider's published specifications. betkhela does not alter RTP settings from the provider defaults. In the event of a technical malfunction, void, or incomplete game round, betkhela will take reasonable steps to restore the player's account to its pre-round balance.

07 User Obligations

By using betkhela, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• Use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Provide truthful and accurate information at registration and during any KYC verification process.
• Maintain only one registered account on betkhela.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your account.
• Not attempt to access any other player's account without their authorisation.
• Not use any automated software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the betkhela platform, place bets, or interact with casino games.
• Not engage in collusion with other players, including pre-arranged outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Not attempt to exploit any technical error, bug, or loophole in the betkhela platform. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or suspected technical error will be voided.
• Not use the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Conduct yourself respectfully in any live chat or customer support interaction. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward betkhela staff is grounds for immediate account closure.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

betkhela reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• The player has registered or operated more than one account.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or use of automated betting tools.
• The player's account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• betkhela is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement request.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the financial integrity or reputational standing of betkhela.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. betkhela will notify the player at the email address on file before applying dormant account status. A dormant account with a positive BDT balance will have a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 deducted from the balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and contacting support. Dormant accounts with a zero balance will be permanently closed after 24 months of inactivity.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting betkhela support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's verified payment method before account closure. Any remaining bonus balance is forfeited upon voluntary closure. Players who have requested self-exclusion will have their accounts closed according to the Responsible Gaming Policy.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betkhela's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betkhela specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's side during an active game session or transaction.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on information published on third-party websites or tipster services in connection with bets placed on betkhela.
• Temporary unavailability of the betkhela platform for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond betkhela's reasonable control (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure in Bangladesh).

10 Amendments & Governing Law

betkhela reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betkhela will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and via a prominent in-platform notification. The notification will specify the effective date of the revised Terms.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms is always available at betkhela/terms-conditions. If a player continues to use the platform after the effective date of a revision, they are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and contact support to close their account before the revision takes effect.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English text shall prevail.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a player and betkhela, the player should first contact the betkhela support team at support@betkhela and allow a reasonable period of up to 14 calendar days for betkhela to investigate and respond. betkhela is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly. betkhela's decision on any dispute is final in the absence of demonstrable error on the Platform's part.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
